This was a project carried out for the Surface Design course at the University of Sorocaba.

The idea was to develop illustrated patterns that could be used on various products, thus creating a collection.

For this, we had to choose a theme and follow it throughout the entire collection. My choice was Brazilian Christmas.


To provide some context to everyone, I must first say that I am a Christmas lover. I love the time of year, the food,

the movies and animations, and everything that encompasses this special date.


That said, we must agree that Christmas in my country (Brazil) is quite different from what is presented to

us in Hollywood movies.


Our Christmas carries very special traditions passed down through generations in our family. For this reason,

I decided to bring a bit of this Brazilian essence found in this holiday to my illustrations. Follow the result below.
